This is a type of holiday club generally accepted in our coasts in the last years. However, it is not ruled at a National or European level.
Holiday clubs are clubs that offer discounts in flights, accommodation, car rentals…by paying an initial amount of money and later periodical quotas. This holiday method is not ruled by the European and National Legislation. We are not dealing with time sharing in this case, and therefore the user is not protected by the same legislation.
