Purchase: time sharing users, as its name suggests, acquire the right to use properties for a period of time. Time sharing is a holiday product, and not a real estate investment. Therefore, people who want to use immovable properties on a time sharing basis have to know that time sharing value does not increase with the time and that is not going to be possible to sell it at a higher price. We deal with properties used by many people that devaluate with the time. You should take into account that the law obliges to establish a 10 days period of time to terminate the contract without penalisation. This is called the“reflection period”. If you are convinced of acquiring this holiday product, you should pay maintenance quotas which can be high if you don’t use the product. In case of acquiring time sharing, we recommend you to do it in the companies listed in ANECT (National Association of Time Sharing businessmen) or in OTE (European Time Sharing Organisation).
Sale: if you use time sharing and you want to sell it, you should take into account that the second-hand market is not completely developed. You can do it by means of your time sharing company of by means of specialists that we can provide. Do not trust people who contact you on the phone promising that they can buy your time sharing or people offering a higher price than the original one.
