Faulty products: Regulation 23/2003 in Consumer Goods Sales Guarantee.

Guarantees: in accordance with the law, all first-hand goods have a guarantee of two years and all second-hand articles have a guarantee of one year. If the product is faulty during the first six months of acquisition, the company has to show that the fault is a manufacturing fault. If the fault is a production fault, you have the right to receive a repaired product or a new one.
