How we work

Legal consultation: once we have received your query, we will personally study it in depth to provide an answer in 48 working hours. In case that you need extra administrative proceedings we will inform you about them and send you a detailed budget according to the difficulty of the case and the claimed amount.

You can even try to solve your doubts by reading through the information provided by our website.

Legal mediation: if you need mediation, we will offer methods to provide a friendly solution. If an agreement with the other party is not reached, we will show you the different steps you have to follow in order to solve your problem.

Court of Justice: although consumers normally use consumer offices to be compensated for damages, the truth is that these centres cannot coerce companies to fulfil their obligations. Courts are in charge to oblige companies to fulfil their legal commitments. Arbitration awards are a binding principle for companies and users, but the arbitration process is developed only in case that those companies voluntarily accept it.

If the claim represents an amount of money less than 900 euros, you can bring the claim before the court on behalf of yourself, but we can do it for you in case that you do not have time or do not know the language.

If the claimed amount is more than 900 but less than 3000 euros, the process will be developed by means of an oral hearing. If the amount is more than 3000 euros, the process will be an ordinary trial. In both cases you will need a lawyer and a solicitor

Before turning to the law, we always recommend you asking for advice in order to be aware of your possibilities of winning in a trial.
