In order to become a member of Euroconsumer Bureau you only have to pay an annual fee of 80 euros and you will have the possibility to make an unlimited number of queries that will be solved in a maximum period of 48 working hours in a personal way and in your language. Once the payment is made, you will receive a pin code to make all the queries you need during a year. We will advice you on how to assert your rights and what are the mechanisms available for you to do it. Contract conditions	1. CONTRACT PARTIES The present service contract is signed, on the one hand, by EUROCONSUMER BUREAU, with registered office in Madrid and with the following tax code: B-885191971. The mentioned company has been established for an indefinite period of time. (hereinafter THE COMPANY) On the other hand, the REGISTERED USER-PARTNER, whose personal data are those included in the form that the COMPANY provides in its website, in order to become a member or contract the services provided by euroconsumerbureau.com. All data included in the form have been directly introduced by the user-partner; therefore the data responsibility belongs to the REGISTERED USER-PARTNER. THE USER: the user is the subject that makes a consultation after having paid the established amount that appears in the website or someone who does any of the activities which are programmed in the website. THE PARTNER: the partner is the subject who becomes a member of the website, by paying a quota. He has access to all services provided by the website, in the section “members”. User data can be automated by the company after prior consent, according with the Data Protection Organic Law 15-99 of the 13th of December. 2. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION In the case of claims, they will be carried out in the most beneficial way for all parties, trying to reach a friendly solution, with both parties’ good faith. The Abitration Board can have a conciliation opinion.
